Since 1978, we've helped over 150 clients in education, corporations and government agencies Collaboratively Plan Formalized Mentoring Programs for different Stages of Career Development. 

 

We've trained more than 40,000 participants, most often as mentor-protege partners so that mentoring actually occurs during our Mentoring for Results™ Partner Training. This develops a good mentoring relationship and achieves desired goals faster.

More than 300 Program Coordinators and 300 Trainers (whom we’ve trained) have used our Mentoring Products to benefit over 400,000 mentoring participants and their organizations.
